The difference between cylindrical roller bearings N, NU, NF, NJ
Cylindrical roller bearings are the simplest type of bearings in roller bearings. The inner and outer wheels are in line contact with the rollers, with large radial load capacity and suitable for high-speed rotation. Cylindrical roller bearings are of the separable type, which is easy to install and disassemble. The basic forms are: N, NU, NF, NJ, NUP:
l N shape: the inner ring has double ribs, which are inseparable from the rollers, and the outer ring has no ribs, which can be freely dropped from both sides;
2 NU shape: the outer ring has double ribs, which are inseparable from the rollers, and the inner ring has no ribs, which can be freely dropped from both sides;
3 NF shape: the inner ring has double gear edges, which are inseparable from the rollers, and the outer ring has a single gear side, which can only fall off freely from one side;
4 NJ shape: the outer ring has double gear edges, which are inseparable from the rollers, and the inner ring has a single gear side, which can only fall off freely from one side;
5 NUP type: the outer ring has double gear edges, which cannot be separated from the rollers, the inner ring has a single gear side, which can be freely dropped from one side, but there is a positioning gear ring on one side of the inner ring gear side, which can be removed. Cylindrical roller bearings also have double row NN, NNU and four row cylindrical roller bearings. Cylindrical roller bearings generally use steel stamping cages, brass turning cages are used for larger sizes or for high-speed rotation, and double-row or four-row cylindrical roller bearings use latch cages to prolong bearing service life.
